The sheets is a 200 microns (nominal thickness) high performance Plastisol coating on a hot-dip zinc coated steel substrate to a standard of BS EN 10147.

The sheets normally come with leather grain or other finish, although it can sometimes have a smooth finish like polyester coated steel.
